How to Access Your Mobile Room Key at Limani
Skip the hassle and head straight to your room. No physical key required—just a quick, seamless experience using our Digital Hotel App.
Please note: Room keys are issued only after online check-in is completed and a valid matching ID is uploaded.

To make your arrival process as seamless as possible, please ensure we have your accurate contact information:
How It Works
- Check your email and SMS with a link to start your check-in, or download the app and enter your booking reference.
- Download the Digital Hotel App via the link in the message or from your app store.
- Follow the prompts to upload your valid ID, contact details, and credit card information to complete check-in.
- Once you’re checked in, your mobile room key will be sent by 2 pm on your arrival day.
- Access your room by opening the app and selecting your room key—no keys, no hassle.

App Setup & Troubleshooting
- Sign up with the same email you used for online check-in.
- Allow Bluetooth and Nearby device permissions to ensure seamless access.
- On arrival day, you’ll be notified when your room is ready, or you can manually check via the app.
- Find your room key: Just open the app, select your reservation, and your room number will appear. You’re ready to go!
Pro Tip: Refresh the app and hit “Update Keys” if your key isn’t showing yet. Your room’s ready soon.
For assistance with the app:
- Ensure Bluetooth and Nearby Devices are enabled.
- If the wrong email was used to register, log out and re-register with the correct one.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Check that your phone software is up to date.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
